WHY WE BUILT FORESIGHT FAMILY

The future of Family Care

10,000 baby boomers turn 75 every single day. Long-term care costs now exceed $10,000 per month. And families are navigating this crisis completely alone, spending months coordinating specialists whose advice never connects, and making $30,000 mistakes that could have been avoided with the right guide. Foresight Family is that guide.

No one ever built the solution families need... until now.

The U.S. has 54 million unpaid family caregivers. By 2030, all baby boomers will be over 65. Families today piece together care through fragmented specialists — an elder law attorney here, a financial advisor there, a care coordinator somewhere else — with no one connecting the dots. Foresight Family is the dedicated family advisor who knows your client’s full story, coordinates their entire expert network, and tells them exactly what to do next.

We are currently seeking subject matter experts and strategic partners who believe, as we do, that now is the moment to build this company.

FOUNDER BIO

Eric is building the solution families have needed for generations

Eric founded Foresight Family after watching families, including his own, navigate the aging crisis without a guide. He saw firsthand how the absence of coordinated support leads to preventable crises, family fractures, and tens of thousands of dollars in avoidable costs. He built Foresight Family to be the resource he wished had existed.

Eric brings a background in operations, systems design, and organizational strategy to a problem that has never had a structured solution. His approach combines deep empathy for families in crisis with rigorous process thinking — ensuring every client gets not just emotional support, but a clear and actionable plan.

Foresight Family is his life’s work. He is all in. And he is looking for partners who see what he sees: a massive, urgent, and deeply human opportunity to do something that genuinely matters.

Learn how Foresight Family is turning one of America's most personal crises into a scalable, high-impact business, and why now is the moment to get involved.
